Welcome to Trayah Pottery. By enrolling in our courses, workshops, memberships, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or payment.
1. General

Trayah Pottery is a teaching studio based in Jayanagar, Bangalore.

All services offered (courses, workshops, memberships, events) are for educational and recreational purposes only.

By registering, you acknowledge that pottery involves the use of tools, materials, and equipment, and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.
2. Booking & Payments

All course and workshop bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat.

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or wallets through our payment partner Razorpay.

Trayah Pottery reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of government-mandated closures or emergencies (with valid documentation).

Requests for transfers to another batch or participant must be made at least 7 days before the start date and are subject to seat availability and instructor approval.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or mid-course withdrawals.

4. Studio Access & Conduct

Studio access is limited to registered students and approved members only.

Students must follow all studio guidelines regarding use of tools, clay, glazes, and firing schedules.

Any damage caused to equipment or property due to negligence may result in additional charges.

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment—disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, images, and content shared by Trayah Pottery remain the intellectual property of the studio.

Students may use their own works created during classes freely, but may not reproduce, distribute, or copy studio teaching materials for commercial purposes.
6. Liability

Participation in pottery classes is at your own risk.

Trayah Pottery is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings that may occur in the studio.

We recommend wearing suitable clothing and following safety instructions at all times.
7. Changes & Updates

Trayah Pottery reserves the right to update course schedules, fees, or terms at any time.
