Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Trayah Pottery, we work with limited batch sizes to ensure every student receives personal attention. Because of this, we request you to review our policy carefully before booking a course or workshop.

Cancellations

  • Once booked, all registrations are non-refundable, except in cases of government-mandated closures or proven emergencies (with valid documentation).

  • Please check your availability before confirming your booking.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your registration to another person or batch. Transfers are subject to:

    • Seat availability in the requested batch.

    • Instructor approval.

    • A written request sent at least 7 days before the course or workshop begins.
       

Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or mid-course dropouts.

  • Refunds are only processed if:

    • The studio is unable to conduct the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • A government directive forces closure.

  • In such cases, participants may choose between a full refund or credit towards a future course/workshop.
     

Makeup Sessions

  • For missed sessions, limited makeup classes may be offered only if studio/instructor schedules permit.

  • Makeup sessions cannot be guaranteed and are not a substitute for refunds.
