Service Description

Format: High-Commitment | Form-Building | Design-Led Duration: 5 Weeks (22 Sessions) Course Fee: ₹45,000 (inclusive of materials & firings) Start Dates: First Wednesday of every month Structure: ● Sessions: 22 total (18 form building + 4 glazing/project planning) ● Teaching Hours: Wed-Sun, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM ● Studio Practice: Wed–Friday, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Note: Practice hours available only within course validity) Overview: An intensive course for potters who are comfortable throwing up to 1.5kg and ready to scale up. You’ll push boundaries through structured projects like assembled lidded sets, lidded casseroles, and large forms. This course sharpens form execution and encourages cohesive design thinking across sets. What You’ll Learn: ● Advanced lid making (flat, dome, recessed, hinged, knob) ● Casseroles with lugs ● Section throwing for tall forms ● Surface decoration: slip trailing, sgraffito, inlay, resist ● Design cohesion across sets What You Get: ● 22 instructor-led sessions ● Unlimited practice access during course ● Clay, glazes, all tools & firings included ● Lidded forms + casseroles + section-thrown large pieces Best For: Intermediate potters ready for ambitious work and advanced precision.
