Service Description

Format: High-Commitment | Skill-Building | Mastery-Oriented Duration: 5 Weeks (22 Instructor-Led Sessions) Course Fee: ₹35,000 (inclusive of materials & all firings) Start Dates: First Wednesday of every month Schedule: ● Teaching Hours: ○ Tue–Fri: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM ○ Sat–Sun: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM ● Studio Practice: Tue–Sun: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Note: Practice hours available only within course validity) Overview: A deep dive into the wheel for those ready to build real muscle memory. Over five weeks, you’ll refine form, work with larger volumes of clay, and learn the rhythm of repetition. We’ll guide you through planning and crafting your own final collection — whether functional tableware or expressive forms — with intention, consistency, and finish. It’s a solid stepping stone toward independent practice, and your shelf at home will thank you. What You’ll Learn: ● Weeks 1–2: Centering, cylinders, bowls, vases ● Week 3: Trimming, attaching handles, slab work ● Weeks 4–5: Final projects, larger forms ● Surface design: sgraffito, mishima, underglaze painting ● Weight control: Throwing with 400g to 1kg of clay ● Glazing, decorating, and final finishing What You Get: ● 22 structured sessions with optional extensions if needed ● Unlimited practice access during course duration ● Materials, glazes, bisque & glaze firings included ● A body of functional & decorative ceramic work Best For: Those committed to learning deeply and growing consistently in wheel throwing.
